These are the terms of using our website and buying from us. They exist alongside your consumer rights under UK law — nothing here takes those away.
About us
This website is operated by Accessories Hub. We design, print and ship premium and custom phone cases from the United Kingdom. When we say "we", "us" or "our" in these terms, we mean Accessories Hub. "You" and "your" mean anyone visiting the site or placing an order.

Definitions
- Site — accessorieshub.co.uk and any related pages we operate.
- Products — the items we list for sale, including custom-designed cases.
- Order — your request to buy Products, submitted through the site.
- Contract — the agreement between you and us for the sale of Products, formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We'll send an order confirmation email once we've received it. The Contract between us begins only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not before.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.
You need to be at least 18 to place an order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
We do our best to keep pricing accurate. If we spot an obvious pricing error before your order ships, we'll contact you to confirm whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Standard delivery normally takes two to three working days from dispatch, with an extra day or two for custom cases to print. Delivery is free on orders over £30.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the Products are delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
Custom designed products
Custom cases are printed to order using the design you create in our Design Studio. Because each one is made specifically for you, custom cases are treated differently from stock items.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once production has begun. Once your design has entered production, we can only replace or refund your custom case if it arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
When you place a custom order, you confirm that:
- You own or have permission to use any images, text or artwork in the design.
- The design doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- The design isn't offensive, illegal or otherwise inappropriate.
If we think a design breaches these conditions we may refuse to print it, in which case we'll refund you in full.
Right to cancel
For standard, non-custom Products you have the right to cancel your Contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, email hello@accessorieshub.co.uk with your order number. You then have 14 days to return the Product in its original, unused condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds
The full returns process is covered in our Refund Policy. Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or from the date you notify us of a valid custom-order fault.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — photography, product design, our logo, the Design Studio interface, our template artwork and written copy — belongs to Accessories Hub or our licensors. It's protected by UK and international copyright law. You can't copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
Anything you upload or create in the Design Studio remains yours. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account login details safe. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, please tell us straight away. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under UK law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any Contract won't exceed the price you paid for the relevant Products. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms don't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
Events beyond our control
We won't be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — extreme weather, courier disruption, supplier failure, war, terrorism, or a pandemic. We'll contact you as soon as we can and offer either a delayed delivery or a full refund.
Governing law
These terms, and any Contract between us, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, please email hello@accessorieshub.co.uk. We'll acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
